High Strength
Concrete blocks and bricks are produced using hydraulic presses which exert high compressive forces over the material in a mold. This results in products that have high density and strong mechanical bonds. However, clay bricks are unable to reach such strengths due to the manual labor that is involved in their manufacturing process. Our blocks can withstand compressive loads of more than 2000 psi.
Sound Insulation
The hollow concrete blocks, on the virtue of their hollowness, provide a higher level of sound insulation when compared to clay bricks, making them ideal for partitioning walls
Moisture Resistant
Our Fly Ash bricks absorb and retain 50% less water as compared to clay bricks, due to fewer air pockets and higher density, making them less susceptible to wall paint peeling.
Transport Handling
Fly Ash bricks have greater compressive strength when compared to clay bricks making them less susceptible to breaking during transport and handling. This reduces the overall waste that would otherwise contribute to the inflation of your project cost.
